Bulletin News Report concerning website and email downtime this morning

Due to an issue with the air conditioning in the London Data centre, Customers maybe experiencing intermittent problems connecting to their websites and/or Virtual Servers. This will affect all services (including mail). Engineers are currently working on resolving this issue and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
