Routine Maintenance planned for 9th,10th & 11th May

Dear Customer,

Here are a couple of warnings from which applies to all Future IT Services customers whose websites are hosted by us. You may experience an offline period for varied lengths of time on the following specified dates:

Time and Date: 10th May 2007 between 23:00 and 11th May 04:00 BST
Duration: approx 5 minutes
During the above period we will be carrying out required maintenance at our Telehouse (Docklands) premises.
The work will result in a series of potential short outages of less than 5 minutes during this window.
The total time for the work should last no longer the 5 hours as from 23:00hrs.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Time and Date: - 9th May 2007 between 00:00hrs and 03:00 BST
Duration: - approx 15 minutes
During the above period there will be a short interruption of service as a power system is commissioned at our Salford premises.
The work will result in a series of potential short outages of less than 15 minutes during this window.
This work should continue no longer than after 03:00hrs

Temporary Loss of Services

To all Future IT Services' clients:

Please be aware that currently all services are down.

Your webhosts are currently investigating an issue in IP House London. All customers services are unavailable including websites and FTP.

Engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
