Content

You can't judge a book by its cover, and this also applies to web design too. Good quality, well composed content is a must if you want your website to stand out from the crowd. Your text needs to be coherent and well written for all your web pages. We can provide help with your content but we must stress we are not copywriters so if you need help with the written content we would suggest you go to a copyright service. We prefer to receive content in digitised format e.g. Word / RTF however we will accept it if it is hand written. We may have to charge an additional fee depending on how much there is to type.

If you are supplying the content and you know how many pages and their titles, just create a plain text document in Wordpad, Notepad or MS Word etc. one per web page, named as the web page title.
Example: homepage.txt for your Home Page, services.txt for you Services web page etc. You should also specify any images you wish to use on specific page.

Images

These need to be good quality, preferably digitised e.g Tiff / Jpeg / GIF and of a high resolution. If you have insufficient images that you can use for your web site, we would recommend you hire a photographer to portray your company in a professional way. If you have images in a hard copy format, we are able to digitise and optimise them for an additional fee.

Web Form Fields

(optional - to be supplied only if you have requested a Web Form) Think about what type(s) of form you require and how many. Help can be provided with this.

Business Logo

If you already have a business logo this can be reapplied to your website to give your image maximum exposure to the public. Alternatively you may be interested in our package designs where we take care of your image through a business logo design firstly, and then apply it to your website.

Once we have received the required briefs we can make a start on designing the 1st web page (template) of your website. This will be uploaded to our development server where you can view how it will look. Once you are happy with the design we will commence designing your site. Depending on the size and complexity of your site most works are completed within 1full month.
